Manuscript Payload: Raw text, figures, and datasets uploaded to our Dynamic Matrix Formatting engine for structural compliance validation.
System Telemetry: Anonymized interaction metrics with our modular interface to optimize the Automated Compliance validation guardrails.

2. Cryptographic Security & Data Sovereignty

We deploy military-grade security architectures to prevent premature disclosure of academic findings. All manuscript assets are encrypted in transit utilizing TLS 1.3 and at rest via AES-256 block-level encryption.

We strictly adhere to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) frameworks. Softronics Innovations claims zero intellectual property rights over processed manuscripts; your research remains exclusively yours.

3. Third-Party Disclosures & API Integrations

Our Continuous Guideline Synchronization pings external registries (e.g., IEEE, Nature Portfolio, Elsevier) solely for schema validation. We do not transmit your actual content payload to these entities prior to your explicit manual submission. We never sell your data to data brokers or academic syndicates.
