Please read these terms carefully before utilizing our infrastructure.
By authenticating into the Softronics Innovations platform ("Service Provider", "Platform"), you ("User", "Scholar", "Institution") enter into a binding SaaS (Software as a Service) agreement. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize our modular architecture for academic formatting.
We work to keep the Platform available and its structural validation accurate, and to resolve faults promptly once identified. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance windows (notified 48 hours in advance) and force majeure events are excluded from any availability calculation. Technical support operates Monday to Friday on a tiered priority system for configuration complexities.
Under no circumstances shall Softronics Innovations, its directors, or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of academic standing, missed grant deadlines, or reputational harm arising from platform usage, API sync failures, or formatting drift.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India.
